Competitions are 1 to 10 minutes long for right now.

Competitions are either based on time or max reps. If it’s based on time, then its about who can finish the challenge in the shortest time. If it’s based on max reps, then it’s about who can do the most reps before failurein the allotted time. All exercise routines are welcome as long as they fit the above criteria.

As a personal trainer, you can use your expertise to create events for competitors to join. Then, you can be the judge for those events and collect a fee for each event. Your fee is a pre-set % percentage from competition pot that you’re judging.

Yes. You can enjoy being a spectator and place bets with other users on who you believe will win competitions. Find challenges are suitable for your fitnes level to compete in or direct message a trainers to get you ready for your next competition.

Yes you can. The judge user role is the only user type that will require approval from GainsApp. At any time you can be a competitor or a spectator. You can cannot compete or wager in challenges that you created.

The current payout distribution is:

65% of the pot goes to the competitor

15% of the pot goes to judge/creator

20% of the pot goes toGainsApp admin fee

There is a payout and end of each competition and your portion will automatically go into your gainsapp wallet.

Yes. All Competitors bet on themselves by paying an entry fee to enter each competition.

Sure. When you place new a wager, the dollar amount that you wagered has to be matched by another user who is wagering on a different competitor in order for the bet to be confirmed. You can also be the user to match another users wager. Whoever placed a wager on a competitor who has won the competition, wins the bet and collects the losing bettor’s stake.
